1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Thermolink's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Thermolink provides lead generation services through social media advertising and automated outreach campaigns. Our platform connects businesses with potential customers through AI-powered targeting and qualification systems.

2.1 Service Features

  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Social media advertising campaigns
  • CRM integration and data management
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Customer support and account management

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates ranging from $40 to $60 per lead, depending on your selected service tier and campaign requirements.

3.1 Payment Structure

  • Payment is due only for leads that meet your pre-approved qualification criteria
  • No setup fees or monthly minimums required
  • Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Lead Qualification Standards

We guarantee that all charged leads meet the qualification criteria established during your onboarding process. Qualification parameters include but are not limited to:

  • Industry and company size requirements
  • Geographic targeting specifications
  • Job title and decision-making authority
  • Engagement level and interest indicators
  • Contact information accuracy and completeness

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Thermolink, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your target audience and qualification criteria
  • Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your lead follow-up activities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your requirements or contact information

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in our platform remain the exclusive property of Thermolink. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended business purposes.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform and provide customer support during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday). Emergency support is available for Enterprise clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thermolink's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be charged for all qualified leads delivered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Big Spring, Texas.
